Chembio® Premix PRIME Taq(no Dye)

The Chembio® Premix PRIME Taq DNA Polymerase(2x) is a ready-to-use mixture of Chembio® PRIME Taq polymerase.

This Premix is a high fidelity, thermostable condition optimized to generate high product yield and purity. This Polymerase kit includes 3' to 5' proofreading activity for accurate template replication. It is recommended for amplification of critical templates containing GC-rich regions, palindromes, or multiple repeats. All components for assembly and performance of PCR reactions are included. The user supplies primer and template DNA.

One unit of activity incorporates 10 nmoles of dNTP into acid-insoluble DNA in 30 minutes at 72℃. 

Good performance of DNA amplification by PCR was confirmed λDNA & genomic DNA as the template
